Overnighting our I-800 application
"Petition to Classify Convention Adoptee as an Immediate Relative"
to the USCIS department with approval in apprx. 3 weeks.
Many Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We received our LOA (for Courtney) on 1/25/10, left for China on 4/13/10 and held her in our arms on 4/19/10. You'll be there soon!!!!!!!!!!
