  1. I was searching online for Beijing Children's Welfare Institute and found your blog. I know this is an old entry, but I wanted to contact you anyway. Our daughter lived the first 18 months of her life in the same building as your son. She was born in July 2008 and we flew to China to meet her in January 2010. Just a little off your timeline with Benjamin. My email is space96@gmail.com if you're at all interested in communicating with us. I have no idea where you guys live, but it does seem our children had some shared experiences in their first years of life. (I can see from pics they probably played on some of the same toys, etc.) Stephanie
